While we want to share with you all the opportunities we have to offer, we want to first make clear two things:
- We are looking for contract employees only. While we do have work year round, the majority of our work is event based (meaning we go to work when disaster strikes and are done when the mission concludes). This is contract work, not full-time employment.
- When we deploy to disaster areas, conditions can be trying. Please review our conditions expectation page to understand what you may experience on a deployment.

Basecamp Deployment
RLI has contracts with countless power utility and other companies that mobilize for disasters. One of our most important roles is to create and staff basecamps for these organizations.
